A modest proposal, with limited impact on the host building and the conservation area. Subject to the views of the conservation officer Goudhurst Parish Council is content that approval is granted

Two storey addition to existing residential property
Subject to the proposed increase in volume complying with TWBC policy, Goudhurst Parish Council is content that approval is granted

Listed Building Consent: Repair works to the first-floor jetty joists, reinforcement works to the first floor and some timber reinstatement
These would appear to be essential works to restore this listed property. Subject to the views of the conservation officer Goudhurst Parish Council is content that approval is granted

On the assumption that the proposed replacement garage is of similar proportions to the existing and does not therefore have a detrimental impact on the setting of the listed host building, Goudhurst Parish Council is content that approval is granted
4. Paperless Planning
The committee agreed that option 3 (laptop to 72” TV screen rather than laptop to projector to projector screen) was the most satisfactory, since it would entail minimal set up and break down time per meeting and included installation and back up service. This preferred option was recommended to Council for approval.
