At the Chairman’s discretion, 15 minutes will be set aside for questions from members of the public each one of whom may be invited to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes in total relating to items on the Agenda or about issues of local concern. 2. Declarations of Interest
To receive Declarations of Interest on Agenda items and Members are reminded that they must inform the Monitoring Officer of any changes to their Notification of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
3. To resolve that the Minutes of the meeting of Council held on 08 February 2016 and distributed to Members with this Agenda are a correct record.

6. Committee Reports
a. Amenities Committee.
To receive the Minutes of the Extra Amenities Committee meeting held on 07 March 2016 and to approve recommendations relating to the Balcombes Hill car park resurfacing, the public toilet cleaning contract, the Chequer Field grounds maintenance contract, the Plain maintenance contract and the Kilndown defibrillator project. Also to consider proposals relating to the re-siting and replacement of the flag pole at Goudhurst War Memorial.
b. Highways & Footpaths Committee
To receive the Minutes of the Highways and Footpaths Committee meeting held on 23 February 2016 and to approve recommendations on the introduction of the Speed Indicator Device.
7. Planning Committee
The Chairman of the Planning Committee to present:
a. A report on the Planning Decisions received from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in February 2016 (attached).
b. The Minutes of the Committee meeting held on 09 and 22 February 2016.
The Clerk to report on training that has been carried out recently and which is planned for the near future.
a. Approval of Accounts for payment.
b. To receive details of Receipts in February 2016.
c. To receive the reconciliation of Council’s accounts to the end of February 2016.
